Trinity Christmas party brings festive cheer to community

The annual Trinity School Christmas community party marked the start of the festive season. Residents from Whitgift Care and local care homes gathered for an evening of festive fun, on Wednesday 23 November.

Trinity Headmaster, Alasdair Kennedy, warmly welcomed guests and wished them a Merry Christmas. Guests were treated to an evening of Christmas themed performances, music and games, including several numbers from the incredible Trinity Big Band.

Towards the end of the evening students served residents refreshments everyone took part in a Christmas quiz and raffle. The evening ended with everyone singing well-known Christmas carols, such as O Come All Ye Faithful and Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer.

Whitgift Care residents commented on the evening:

“The party was just terrific; the Trinity boys are so talented and polite.”

“I just love seeing the Trinity Big Band perform live.”

“It’s so wonderful to get together with other homes from around Croydon to celebrate Christmas together.”
