Working with the community
Whitgift Care supported and worked alongside several charities in 2018. Throughout the festive season Whitgift Care supported Croydon Commitments Christmas Hamper Appeal in partnership with Croydon Neighbourhood Care Association. The appeal reached out to local vulnerable people with hampers, toiletries and beauty products. Whitgift Care sponsored the 500 canvas hamper bags which items were packed into and provided the poster, flyer and social media assets.
As part of Armed Forces Week, Whitgift Care’s Day Care service, the 1596 Club, was delighted to support Croydon Commitment as they hosted a Veteran’s Lunch at De Vere Selsdon Estate, for over 150 guests in June.
